Separate casino prohibition from wagering payment rules
Online casino services cannot be offered to people physically present in Australia. Separately, ACMA states that online and telephone wagering operators must not accept credit cards, credit-linked funds or digital currency such as cryptocurrency for betting payments. The payment ban does not create an exception for casino services, and the two rules should not be collapsed into one claim.

The true cost has several layers
A transaction can include platform fees, payment-provider charges, network fees, currency conversion and withdrawal deductions. Exchange-rate spread may be less visible than a listed fee. A useful comparison states who sets each charge, when the rate is fixed and what amount is expected to arrive, without assuming a quoted estimate is guaranteed.

Protect data and preserve evidence
Never send a card number, seed phrase, private key or one-time password to support. For an existing dispute, retain transaction references, wallet addresses where relevant, time-stamped statements and the applicable terms. Do not make a second payment to ‘unlock’ a withdrawal without independent verification; that pattern is a common scam warning.
